Two others that can join Jones & Lingard out of the Man Utd exit door – Agree?

David Moyes is finally becoming a fan favourite at Man Utd, following the news breaking in the Independent that Phil Jones and Jesse Lingard may be on their way to West Ham, should they stay up.

In what could be another transfer window of harsh culling for Solskjaer, it seems the English duo’s time is up at Old Trafford. This will be very pleasing to many Man United fan’s ears.

Phil Jones has bumbled his way through his time at Man United, following a move from Blackburn Rovers in 2011. The touted future England Captain hasn’t looked anywhere close to that label through his nine years at Old Trafford.

Jesse Lingard, a Man Utd academy product, is another that hasn’t lived up to the expectations. More so in recent years and has rarely featured in 2020.

With former Man Utd manager David Moyes sniffing around his old club, we take a look at two other players that should follow the England pair out of the door, should they leave…

Andreas Pereira

The Brazilian midfielder had been hyped up as the missing link Man Utd had been missing a few years ago. He’s had a fair whack of game time to prove that he could be a key player for the reds.

However, each time he is on the pitch he looks less and less like a Man Utd player. With the signing of Bruno Fernandes and the emergence of Mason Greenwood, game time is becoming few and far between.

It’s difficult to see where he fits into this Man United team and has become a sideline figure in recent matches.

Marcos Rojo

The Argentine defender is currently on loan to Estudiantes LP. The transfer out of Rojo, would for many fans alongside the other three mentioned in this article, be the final bit of deadwood needed to go.

Rojo is a tough-tackling defender, and in parts Man Utd fans love him. However, he is a liability in the modern game and always a certainty for a booking whenever he plays.

Man Utd is looking like a new beast under Solskjaer, and can not carry passengers anymore. Especially if they want to turn the tide into title winners once again.

Man Utd fans do you agree?
