Rochdale Fans Hopes Positive Signs Are Encouraging

Following defeat to Middlesbrough in the Carabao Cup midweek, it further dented the confidence of the struggling Rochdale side early on this season despite a spirited performance.

Dale sit just above the relegation zone after only one win so far this campaign, and a trip to Coventry will be no easy task – The Sky Blues have also only won once but managed two draws so far. Granted it is early on in the season, however, manager Keith Hill will be eager to kick-start their season as early as possible.

Indeed, in the second half, Hill’s men showed some positives signs against a higher quality of opposition. With the scorer from that match defender Ryan Delaney, believing they can take them signs into tomorrows match.

With a local derby in the EFL cup group stages against Bury awaiting on Tuesday, Rochdale will be looking to go into that match on the back of a win.

Can Rochdale pick up their second win of the season, or do you feel that this year is going to be a struggle Dale fans?
