In the first 10 minutes, both teams had a goal disallowed. There was also a lot of good play and shots which is what fans wanted to see.

Soon after, 18 year old Mason Greenwood put Man United 1-0 up after a controlled pass from Marcus Rashford.

Anthony Martial then made it 2-0 to the Reds. In the second half, Marcus Rashford eventually got a goal.

Teenage goal scorer, Greenwood also got Man of the Match too. Here are your reactions to the win…

Man United want these 3 Valencia players

According to The Express, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is interested in 3 Valenica players. It looks like Man United are looking everywhere for recruits.

Man United haven’t had the best start to this Premier League campaign. They have been linked with a lot of different players ahead of the transfer window.

January could be a busy time for the Red Devil’s. The newest rumours are that Solskjaer is interested in a few Valencia players.

It is unlikely that Man United will pull off all three signings. However, by having options to choose from, atleast one could be on their way to Old Trafford.

Jose Gaya

The left back could cost Man United a lot of money. However, money shouldn’t really be a problem.

Brandon Williams is currently being expected to fill this position. The only problem is, he is young and inexperienced. Gaya would be a good fit.

Carlos Soler

Old Trafford need a right winger. Soler could operate that role. He is also versatile.

He can work in the middle of the pitch as well offering a new option to Solskjaer.

Ferran Torres

The right winger has made a name for himself in the LaLiga and is also wanted at Man United.

However, Solskjaer has admitted that bringing players in, in January will be hard.

‘At least we know who can save the day if this happens again.’ Man City fans react to Kyle Walker

Drama unfolded last night in Man City’s Champions League clash with Atalanta. Kyle Walker ended up in goal and here are your reactions.

There was a lot of drama in last nights clash. Man City went 1-0 up after 7 minutes with a goal from Raheem Sterling.

Things were going well until Man City got a penalty but Jesus couldn’t find the back of the net. Then Atalanta equalised in the second half.

At half time, every Man City fan and staff member was worried as Ederson had to go off and be replaced by Claudio Bravo.

So not only was Bravo in the net for the Atalanta goal, he also brought down a player in the box and got sent off.

This meant that defender, Kyle Walker had to put on a goal keeper’s shirt and take a new role. Here’s your reactions to that and his free kick save…

2 Reasons why bringing Smalling back from Roma is essential for Man United

According to The Daily Star, Man United have rejected a £13 million bid for Chris Smalling. Here are two reasons why he is needed back at Old Trafford.

The defender is currently out on loan at Roma until the end of the season. However, the Italian giants have been impressed by his performances.

So much so that they put an offer in for the player. However, Ed Woodward rejected this as he is holding out for at least £17 million.

Smalling is said to be flattered by the apparent interest from Inter Milan and AC Milan. However, he has settled into the Italy lifestyle. He supposedly wants to stay with Roma.

Appeal

Man United should definitely try to keep Smalling. Their form of recent hasn’t been great and Man United don’t have the appeal to players like they used to.

So why not bring back their own players and take advantage of it.

Experience

The defender has now got a lot of experience from playing out in Roma.

He would be bringing that back to the Premier League. However, they would need to make sure he is happy to return.

Man United’s starting 11 should look like this tonight

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side take on Partizan Belgrade tonight in the Europa League. Man United could seal qualification with 2 games to spare with this starting line up.

This game could give some first team regulars a chance to rest. If Man United are confident enough that they will qualify, some youngsters could get a look in.

Players like Marcus Rashford, Fred, Lindelof and Aaron Wan-Bissaka could get a rest. Why waste their energy that could be used in the league?

With that in mind, here is my prediction of how they could line up…

Team

A 4-2-3-1 formation could see things change up a bit. There’s enough help in each area of the squad.

Youngsters

Solskjaer should also use this opportunity to use the young team members and give them a start.

18 year old James Garner could get a look in helping Scott McTominay. 19 year old Brandon Williams could help out in defence. However, eyes may be on 18 year old Mason Greenwood to see whether he could deliver up-front.

Man United set to miss their main man for another 4 weeks

According to ESPN, Man United will be without Paul Pogba for a little longer than planned. Even when he is recovered, they will want to be cautious with him.

The French international broke a bone in his right ankle at the end of September. He has been wearing a plaster cast ever since.

The cast will be removed in 10 days. However, the midfielder will need another 2 weeks of rehab after that.

It will only be then when Pogba will be able to train again. Man United are hoping he will be back before the end of December.

Return

Apparently, Paul Pogba is desperately wanting to make his return. He has even been in Dubai for treatment.

Man United are clearly struggling without him. However, they will have to be careful and not rush him back into action too soon.

A goal scorer is needed but a fit and healthy player is more important.

Man Utd are looking to bring back Burnley 35m rated 19 y/o winger

According to The Sun, Man Utd are keeping tabs on £35 million Burnley winger, Dwight McNeil. This is the same player that they dumped 5 years ago.

The 19-year-old has been a stand out performer for Burnley so far this season. It looks like Man Utd are now regretting getting rid of the midfielder.

McNeil was released from the academy team at aged just 14. This was because he didn’t meet the standards. He was also poor at set-pieces.

However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has sent scouts out in recent weeks to keep an eye on England Under 21 international.

Man Utd must meet Burnley valuation

It is understood that Burnley wants around £35 million for their man. Even if Man Utd reach those requirements, they could still be rejected.

It is looking like Burnley want to keep hold of the midfielder.

Dwight McNeil

The 19-year-old is a huge red devils fan despite being dumped from Old Trafford.

Scouts from Old Trafford apparently went to watch him when Burnley played Chelsea a few weeks ago. They got to see him score in a 4-2 loss.

How former Man United boss would turn Arsenal around

According to Evening Standard, Arsenal are standing by Unai Emery. This is despite the rumours of Jose Mourinho being approached.

There have been rumours this week about Jose Mourinho supposedly meeting Arsenal’s head of football, Raul Sanllehi.

Rumours that the former Man United manager could be on his way to the Emirates were fueled by talk of him having dinner with Sanllehi.

However, Arsenal have denied this and claimed that the two haven’t spoken in years. Arsenal have also said that they will stand by Unai Emery despite him only winning 2 leaugue games in 9.

Jose Mourinho

Even though Arsenal are denying these rumours, Mourinho would be a better option in my opinion.

The biggest thing that fans want is change. Jose would definitely be able to provide that change. Whether it be results, the team or style of play.

Man United

Football fans have always been divided by Mourinho. Some hate him, some love him. However, I have always been a fan of him.

Man United fans didn’t appreciate him. This is why it would be interesting to see him return to the Premier League and take on Man United with a new team.

Wolves to go for Man City & Arsenal 19 y/o midfield target

According to SportWitness, Wolves, Man City and Arsenal are all battling it out for 19 year old, Dejan Kulusevski. Wolves have only recently come into the mix but seem to have made the biggest impact.

Kulusevski is a name that has been involved in transfer rumours for a while now. Arsenal have supposedly been monitoring him for months.

Arsenal have been linked with the teenager and rumours seem to be true. They have apparently asked about the cost of the player and the possibility of a deal.

Man City have been linked in the past. The players agent has addressed these rumours to say he doesn’t want to name names.

However, it is now Wolves who seem to be winning the race. They are meant to be offering €15 million but it seems that Atalanta are holding out for around €25 million.

About the teenager

Dejan is 19 years old and is owned by Atalanta. However, he is currently on loan with Parma.

He is a comfortable midfielder who can operate the right, left and in the middle.

Current form

In 11 appearances for Parma this season, he scored 2 goals and had 5 assists.

He seems to be finding his feet as a rivht winger. The teenager can only improve.

3 reasons why Aston Villa’s 25y/o would transform Man Utd’s midfield

In a surprise 50m rumour last window, Aston Villa’s John McGinn continues to be linked with Man Utd.

Following a recommendation from Sir Alex Ferguson, Man Utd was reported to be looking at John McGinn in the summer. Following an impressive season in the Championship, the Scottish international has continued to impress in the Premier League.

A January move looks unlikely, however, Aston Villa will surely be sounded out over a summer move. The figure remains at 50m according to the BirminghamMail.

Man United need to assess their midfield options, and there are many names being linked to Old Trafford. The Aston Villa man would transform their midfield, either in January or the summer with these 3 attributes…

Dribbling

John McGinn’s dribbling game is one of his strong points. Man United look like they are missing a dribbler in the centre of midfield, someone to take the ball and drive the team forward.

Out of his 40 dribbles this season, 28 have been successful, averaging 2.5 successful dribbles per match.

Goals

Sor far in 11 games in the Premier League, McGinn has 3 goals to his name. He also recently scored a hattrick for Scotland.

Again Man United are lacking goals, especially from midfield. Lingard is in a rut and only Scott McTominay pitching in – it’s definitely an area that Solskjaer needs to address sooner rather than later.

Assists

McGinn has 2 assists so far this season. However, his key passes are the main feature of his game.

With 15 key passes so far this season. 14 short, 1 long shows he has an eye for a pass. Coupled with his high work rate and tremendous tackling – it’s all signs that Sir Alex Ferguson still has a good eye for talent.
