Salford City fans unhappy following defeat ‘Enough is enough now we’ve got one of best sides on paper in the league and he still doesn’t know his best side!’

Graham Alexander has been leading his team to quite a successful run in League Two. However, yesterday afternoon saw his side lose 4-1 to Crewe Alexandra.

In the 40th minute of the game, Salford shocked Crewe and went 1-0 up. Adam Rooney managed to put one away past Will Jaaskelainen and things were looking up. However, it was the second half that saw Crewe wake up.

In the 50th minute, Crewe equalised to make it 1-1. From then they went on to take the game and make it their own. Goals in the 58th minute, 63rd minute and the 82nd minute saw Crewe win 4-1.

This led to a section of fans calling for the managers head. Salford are in the EFL for the first time in their history, and many fans have taken their meteoric rise through the leagues for granted

Maybe it’s a little early on in the season for reactions like below…
