’15 million could be an absolute steal in a few years’ Arsenal target exciting Hull City midfielder

Arsenal are plotting a £12 million bid for Hull star Jarrod Bowen. The 22-year-old is a prized asset for The Tigers, however, they are expecting him to leave the club this summer.

Wilfred Zaha is being valued at £80 million, Bowen at just £15 million. Which deal would I rather follow through with if I was an Arsenal fan? Bowen for sure.

Zaha is a very good player yes, after struggling at Man United, he’s been brilliant for Palace in the past two seasons. Can he make that transition from being number one at Palace to a possible rotation player at Arsenal? It’s not a gamble I’d be taking for £80 million.

The transfer market in 2019 is ridiculously inflated. £80 million for a Palace player who scored 10 goals last season. How much are players like Kane and Salah worth now…£200 million+.

I’ve seen a lot of Bowen being a Wigan fan. He’s a top, top player. Hull struggled in parts last season, he dragged them to a mid-table finish by scoring 22 goals from midfield.

He strikes me as an Arsenal type player. Very good on the ball, quick, tricky, scores goals from midfield and just a joy to watch. Predominantly a winger, Bowen enjoys drifting inside to get himself into position to score goals.

I think £15 million could be an absolute steal in a few years, a player I feel would flourish and take the Premier League by storm. Similarly to Spurs signing Jack Clarke from Leeds for around £10 million, another exciting young talent with bags of talent. With the right coaching from top managers, these two could become special players in years to come.
